SILICA
Silicon dioxide is used in cosmetics as an anti-foaming agent, anti-caking agent, filler, binder, skin care agent, lubricant, suspending agent, and viscosity-increasing agent. Skincare products with silica can be well-suited for oily skin to bind excess sebum and leave a matte, refreshed, and powdery skin feel. (1)
