BEHENIC ACID

Behenic Acid (Behensäure), auch bekannt als Dokosansäure, ist eine gesättigte Fettsäure, die in natürlichen Quellen wie Pflanzenölen vom Samen der Moringa oleifera, und in geringen Maßen in Raps- und Erdnussöl vorkommt. (1) Kosmetische Produkte, die als Emulgatoren Behensäure enthalten, zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Lagerstabilität, auch bei hohen Temperaturen, aus. (2)
