For radiant, beautiful, and smooth skin, use the scrub 1–2 times a week in the evening after cleansing. Start with an exposure time of 1 minute and gradually increase it to a maximum of 3 minutes for subsequent applications. Advanced users can gradually increase the exposure time to a maximum of 10 minutes.
