Shipping locations:
We ship nationally (Germany) and internationally within Europe (EU countries and non-EU countries).
Shipping time:
Orders within Germany will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders to EU countries are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders outside the EU are usually delivered within 5-8 working days.
Shipping costs:
Our standard shipping costs to Germany are €4.95.
Our standard shipping costs to Austria are €5.95.
International shipping to EU countries costs €12.95.
International shipping to non-EU countries is €15.65.
Free shipping from:
Within Germany or Austria, your shipping costs are free for orders over €60.00.
Within Europe (EU countries and non-EU countries), your shipping costs are free for orders over €150.00.

Return costs via our return label:
In Germany, the return costs are €5.95, in Austria €6.95. For all other EU countries, the return costs amount to €12.95. Customers from non-EU countries are asked to adequately stamp their shipment themselves. Please note that insurance is recommended, as we cannot assume liability for private shipping.
Note on complaint: Delayed delivery
If the order is delayed and no further information is available or the tracking is not updated, we ask you to contact us. After your contact, you will need to wait 6-10 days for an update, as our shipping partners DPD and DHL require this time to process a complaint.
Defective or missing goods:
If your goods are defective, the package arrives damaged, or parts of the order are missing, we require complete photographic documentation to process your complaint. Please send us the following images:
- An image of the outer box
- An image of the shipping label
- Images of damaged or missing products
These images help us assess the damage and process the complaint as quickly as possible.
