ACETYL HEXAPEPTIDE-8

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline) is a neurotransmitter-inhibiting peptide that has well-aging and moisturizing effects. It is believed that Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 could have similar effects to botulinum toxin (Botox) by reducing muscle contractions in the skin. (1) Acetyl hexapeptide-8 has been shown in studies to contribute to an increase in skin elasticity. (2)
