SUCROSE COCOATE
Sucrose cocoate is a mild, re-fatting surfactant composed of fatty acid esters from coconut oil and sucrose esters. It is considered recommendable for use in cosmetic products and has been classified as safe within the scope of a safety assessment for cosmetic ingredients. (1)
