Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway

Organizer

The organizer and responsible party for the execution of the giveaway is Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH, Fasanenstraße 65, 10719 Berlin.

1. Participation
Participation in the giveaway is possible from December 1, 2024, at 3 PM until December 4, 2024, at 3 PM.

The deadline for participation is Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 3 PM. Participation is subject to the conditions of the giveaway post on Instagram (@dr.emiskin):

- Follow the above-mentioned Instagram profile and follow @breuninger
- Share the giveaway post in your own Instagram story
- Comment on the giveaway post and tag an additional person

2. Eligibility to Participate
Eligible participants are individuals who have their permanent residence in Germany and are at least 18 years old. Employees of Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Prize Distribution
Winners will be selected randomly from all participants who meet the participation requirements. The prizes are non-transferable and will not be paid out in cash.

To be won:
1x €250 Breuninger voucher redeemable in the online shop https://breuninger.de or in all Breuninger stores and 3x Lip Tints from DR. EMI SKIN (Bare Bliss, Radiant Ruby, Sheer Shield).

4. Winner Notification
The winner will be informed about the prize via an Instagram story by tagging the profile name and will receive their prize directly by mail. No guarantee for successful delivery is provided. Resending in case of non-delivery is not planned.

5. Exclusion of Participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use multiple email addresses or similar to increase their chances of winning, technically manipulate the giveaway or the game process, or otherwise violate these terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice from participating in the giveaway. In the event of an exclusion, prizes and benefits may also be revoked and reclaimed afterwards. Participation by giveaway agencies and other automatically generated mass mailings is expressly excluded and will not be considered in the determination of winners.

6. Data Protection Information
In the context of this giveaway, we process your data (name and address) for the dispatch of the prizes. After the conclusion of the giveaway, your data stored with us will be kept for 3 years from the end of the calendar year.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR in conjunction with the contract. You have the right to free information about the data stored about you. As far as the legal requirements are met, you also have the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. You further have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; you can then transmit this data to other parties or have it transmitted. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

7. Final Provisions
The giveaway is subject to German law. The legal process is excluded.
