Organizer

The organizer and responsible party for the execution of the raffle is Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH, Fasanenstraße 65, 10719 Berlin.

1. Participation

Participation in the contest is possible from 21.08.2024 at 15:00 until 23.08.2024 at 14:00.

The deadline for participation is Friday, August 23, 2024, at 2 PM. Participation is subject to the terms of the contest post on Instagram (@dr.emiskin and @dr.emiskinspa):

- Follow the Instagram profiles mentioned above
- Share the contest post in your own story on Instagram
- Comment on the contest post which treatment you would like to win and tag an additional person

2. Eligibility to participate

Eligible to participate are individuals who have their permanent residence in Germany at the time of participation and are at least 18 years old. Employees of Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Profit distribution

The winners will be selected randomly from all participants who meet the participation requirements. The prices are non-transferable and will not be paid out in cash.

Available is:
1 of 3 DR. EMI Skin Essential Facial for 25 minutes or 1 of 3 Rapid Relief Massages 25 minutes. The voucher can only be redeemed at the DR. EMI Skin Spa in the Telegraph Office.

4. Win notification

The winner will be informed about the prize via an Instagram story by tagging the profile name and will receive their prize directly by mail. No guarantee is given for successful delivery. A reshipment in case of non-delivery is not provided.

5. Exclusion of participants

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use multiple email addresses or similar to increase their chances of winning, technically manipulate the contest or the course of the game, or otherwise violate these terms of participation, at any time and without prior notice from participating in the contest. In the event of an exclusion, profits and benefits can also be revoked and reclaimed retroactively. The participation of contest agencies and other automatically generated mass mailings is expressly excluded and will not be taken into account when determining the winners.

6. Privacy Policy

As part of this contest, we process your data (name and address) for the dispatch of the prizes. After the conclusion of the competition, your data stored with us will be kept for 3 years from the end of the calendar year.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR in connection with the contract. You have the right to free information about the data stored about you with us. As far as the legal requirements are met, you also have the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data, if applicable. You also have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; you can then transmit or have these data transmitted to other parties. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority.

7. Final provisions

The competition is subject to German law. The legal recourse is excluded.
